CompTIA Security+
Worth it if you are entering security from IT support, networking or a helpdesk, or your employer's clients ask for a recognised baseline. It is the widest-recognised entry credential in Pakistani job adverts.
Not worth it if you already have two to three years of hands-on security work — go straight to a technical specialism.
Exam: multiple choice and performance-based questions. Voucher is not included in our course fee.
CEH
Worth it if your role or your client contracts specify it, or you need a structured offensive-security vocabulary. Common in government and defence-adjacent tenders.
Not worth it if you want to demonstrate practical testing ability. A portfolio of lab work and a hands-on certification carry more weight with technical interviewers.
Exam eligibility rules are set by EC-Council and include a training component.
ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer
Worth it if you will actually run an ISMS — building the risk register, writing the Statement of Applicability, facing the auditor. Organisations in Pakistan pursue this for tenders and client assurance.
Not worth it if you only need to understand the standard. A two-day foundation course is cheaper and enough.
The certificate is issued by the certification body running the exam, not by Qufl Tech.
ISC2 CC
Worth it if you are changing career and need a credible first credential with no experience prerequisite, or you are a student building a CV before graduation.
Not worth it if you already work in security — the content overlaps Security+.
ISC2 requires continuing professional education to keep any certification active.
